Just picked up this FC not too long ago...won't be putting her on the road for a couple months though...don't want to drive her in the winter. She's an N/A...just gonna drive her till she pops...probably use the N/A to learn how to do a proper rebuild, and hopefully do a 13B-RE swap

Too old for this
I've had 3 FCs, in some form or another.
My first was a gold 86 n/a that I got from a dealership. They neglected to mention that it burned coolant though, and a few months after I got it, I rebuilt the engine (busted water jacket casting). Luckily I found a 91 parts car and was able to put back together a Frankenstein motor using the S5 rotors. I'm epileptic and ended up putting it into a ditch after about a year. I still had the black 91 and was able to fix up the gold car with a stylish 2 tone body. That lasted me almost a year before another seizure ended the gold car for good.
The 91 had long since been stripped and sent to the wrecker, but I was able to find a blue 88 n/a with a decent body and interior with a blown engine. Somehow my rebuilt motor from the gold car was still OK and I was able to drop the rebuild into the blue 88. That car has lasted me quite a while, though it took quite a beating since I have to park in a shared driveway. After being backed into 3 times, she needed some work. One of my good friends works at a good bodyshop and he helped me out and did all the body work and repainted it Montego Blue, my favorite color.
Conveniently, 6 weeks later the rebuilt shat an apex seal on the front rotor. I got 60K miles out of a hackjob rebuild I did in my dad's garage though, so I'm happy. The motor is out and apart and just waiting for some parts before I can bring her back to life for the 4th time.
