Correct me if im wrong but do u use that aftermarket oil return line?
Maybe thats why u blow many stock turbos, return line is gravity fed back in could that extra length slow the return and back it up and cause problems?

digi7ech that oil return should be a straight fitting and never greater than a 15 degree angle. I can help you build a -12 AN return.

Been using it for over 5 years. No smoking issues. It's also a slight downward angle to the front cover too.
I blow turbos because I push them at 12psi plus.

The supply is not directly fed by the return, return simply drains to the oil pan.
