Yes. I have removed the factory prop valve and installed a Willwood brake proportioning valve.

I used the Flying Miata kit. I also have a 929 booster and master cylinder, so I had to do a couple other small things to get that to work, but the Flyin Miata kid will bolt right on to a stock FC configuration.

I realize it was out of your control but it's too bad the reservoir hoses are so bloody long and awkwardly clocked. It's like they wanted you to mount them in the cabin or something.

I'm interested to know how big of a difference recirculating the BOV makes. It seems not many people (ready zero) do it on here.

My turbo builds boost so fast that I don't really notice with it recirculated or not. So I can't really give you any feedback.

The reason for recirculating a blow off valve is since the MAF has already read the air intake, when the pressure is released it won't get an exact reading from the O2 sensor since some air has been removed from the system. If you don't have a MAF from an aftermarket EMS and are running a MAP it wouldnt't be a problem. I know there are people here who run without it even with a MAF controlled system so it could be considered more of a preference to some.

I'll be running one on my Cosmo, primarily so that I don't get the noise when it activates. In most cases you'd want to use one (as mentioned in another post) if you have an air metered vehicle so that the air measurement isn't thrown off.

The BOV is placed poorly in the above pic anyway so I doubt there's any difference. It should be as close to the throttle body as possible, not on the intercooler, especially not before the core.
