Theres many ways to add to the "max low" of megans. I have streets, and my car is very low in 17s, if you look above. the fronts, you can take up to 2 collars out and still be safe, and in the rear you can do the spring droop method, which i believe was discussed on the "wheel fitment, specs" thread. try those and you can achieve more low.

it must be the tracks and streets difference. cuz i only drooped mine about 1/2-3/4 and im almost tucking rim on 17s. if they werent so wide and i didnt have to pull the fender id be tucking the top right now.

There is but its been overhauled recently and FC specific parts arent available for viewing. I'm sure its buried somewhere in there.
