E DUB , on the pics and on the site that sells them states that they lower the arch by 20 mm to give that lowered look. maybe its a different set im looking at by the same company. do you know of a site that sells them and has detailed info on them?

Anyone have some pictures of how it looks behind the wide fender?
I know you need to cut the stock metal fender so the tire doesn't hit it when you use wider wheels.

I plan to get these widebody fenders myself but I know it will be hard for me to use the grinder on the car becouse as soon as it hit the stock fenders there is no return

Yup.......but if you arent happy with the huge widebody over time, there is always the option of corksport rear overquarters.

http://corksport.com/store/large/cx8...ers_-Rear.html

mold them in and pretty much back to stock.

I just cut mine about a month ago......get the courage to cut it for 1 second, act on it, you are commited and good after that. Por 15 the **** out of it then reweld the seam with no issues......

here is an end stage of mine, just before final roll. Hypertek links are always helpful. Thanks again, man.

Here are some pics of my rear fenders cut up. They are chopped up all the way to the top of the wheel arch.

After welding they were sealed up with POR-15 and then sprayed over with the undercoating the rest of the underbody got. You can see the bits that were chopped off on the floor in the 2nd pic.

http://www.hpmix.com/home/foresight/A9_6.htm#8

According to the Foresight site they say that too, but I applied mine and didn't really notice it. They look hot and fit like they were and oem panel either way.
