My setup this coming season (exhaust manifold, turbo, EMS)
Thought it could be fun to show you my modified exhaust manifold, turbo and EMS which I will be using this summer
The manifold with a external Audi wastegate:
My home built T04B V-trim hybrid:
Im pretty sure this EMS is not very common on this forum?
I know its not common running a rotary engine but I thought I'll give it a try, its a great system with much support, it can handle both secondary injectors and trailing igntition.
Its not plug and play but almost.

Curious about the wastegate... I see what looks like diaphragm material sticking out a bit. Is it rebuilt? You are in Europe, but I'm wondering if something like that could be attainable here in the states. I need to rebuild mine, but I can't source parts for it.

I was toying with the idea of doing something similar with my turbo setup. The other option is to have a custom backing plate/spacer made that has a screamer pipe built in.
What diameter are the runners for the wg?
Also that wastegate seems a bit....cumbersome. How old is that thing?

Maybe a dumb question, but it came to mind..
With this setup, it is possible to run both internal and external wastegates..
Using a solenoid valve, you could direct air to either one or the other, so theoretically you would switch wastegates and therefore choosing wether to run the screemerpipe or not.
I dont know if shutting off the other one would give any problems, i would think the internal wastegate mught be pushed open by the exhaust gasses.
Any thoughts on this by people with some more wastegate experience...?

The wastegate is from a Audi S2, its old, 20 years or so but it works great, can handle 600HP and more.
I did use this manifold and wastegate last summer and had no problem.
I welded it alot and the welds are still fine after one season.
I dont remember what diameter the runners are but can check it next weekend.
The screamer is loud but sounds nice, here is a couple of videos with the manifold and stock turbo:
