i might just go with bigger piping that matches the intercooler. I should have monies soon when the shell gets sold.
Today I drove down to sand diego to trade teddy for the rotors, and wow they are hella clean! SO stopped by jasons house too, and he wanted to play airsoft battle, and he shot me in the head like 5 times. Iono how u guys shoot those things, it doesnt even shoot straight, it like curves everywhere, jason gave me the crapy guns.. so I drove back, took 3 hour drive cuz traffic !!! Overall spent 30 bucks on gas round trip ..I go to kragen to buy sealant..damn..all my money is gone.... Then Acid Angel calls me, and he heads over to my pad, and we start to DO WORK. Took apart the stack i built, and cleaned off all the sealant and redid everything with the new pair of rotors, and bam it was finished by 130am. hella nice. I made a mistake, my piping is 2.25 and intercooler is 2.5 outlet. The 2.5 coupler would be perfect. My friend said homedepot has amess of coupler, imight check that out later, if not Ill PM ya 87 t66 |

its done, the motor is put together, emissions removed, omp blocked off, vacuum is plugged off, powersteering, stock turbo, ...
just need to find somebody with a impact gun to remove the t2 flywheel on the NA and swap it over... |

i know its a a nontech. section, but anybody know which injectors plugs are primary and secondaries of the t2 harness? what injectors [secondary, or primary]are the plugs at the end of the harness, and middle of the harness?

i would assume the plugs at the end of the harness are for the secondaries but don't quote me on that.
i think i have a 2.25 to 2.5 greddy coupler, and a whole bunch of other 2.5 inch ones as well. they are all super thick 4 ply silicone. |
the motor is in, and bolted in to the tranny. Just need to hook up the oil cooler lines, radiator, wire the efan, wire the motor, do the intercooler piping, get gas, spark plugs, oil filter, premix, cooolant, oil..... hook up the battery and HOPE it starts :Wconfused :Wconfused

im planning to run the IC piping from the TB thru and under the powersteering as youcan see. Thats not the actual setup im gunna run with in the pic yet, just a brain storm.. I need to get a Greddy TB portelbow port thingy, to fit the coupling in..or have it welded with 2.25 pipe... hmmmm BRainnstorming....... or should i just fluck it and use the TMIC temporary for breaking in the motor....

stock t2 altenator. Im gunna wire the efan to the main powerfuse in the fusebox,[ahh idont know what its called] , so when i turn on the key to ignition "on" the fan will turn on. Either that or just hook up a manual switch..

yo himeh !! the wiring harness u gave me is that a s4 or s5 t2? Cuz like it doesnt plug up with some of my motor's[s5t2 jspec] sensors..and i dont have a afm that matches the harness

looks really good with my intercooler piping used Garret turbo hose flexible to run between power steering and inner gurad can deform to fit. also fitted battery in back for more room up front

nvm, i think its just the tps on my tb has been hacked, il rewire it to the harness tmrw...I just need to find a s5 t2 afm.. unless anybody knows of a way to hook up a s4 na afm onto a t2 harness

bro for the mean time till you get cash go to home depot get two strips of 1/8th " angle irons
and just bend two 90 degree bends it should help instead two long studs like that, and in the bottom you use the same material exept use the two 10mm screw points on the bottom of the chassis |

haha jk.. yah make sure you mount the ic very secure.. I had trusted a friend to mount my hks type s fmic on my s13 *he didnt read hte instructions, he decided he would use his imagination instead with the bag of parts in front of him* and just bolted the middle top bracket and relied on the couplings to hold the ic together.. eventually the top bracket broke off from teh IC *expensive hks core = ouch* but it didnt effect /touch the passage core, and tore a coupling.. THat FMIC is going to see alot of vibrations etc so you wanna make it solid. the throttle body piping looks scary, but you cant do much til you get some more funds for the greddy piece and better piping. might have alot of lag or stress the crap out of that turbo. Where you live, there should be tons of shops to get couplings from, i think speedfactor on valley should have some. |
yup or just get the n/a tb elbow flip it over and install it on your tb then its easy from there
try it get your n/a tb elbow and put on your car you will see the diffrence |

oh yeah the mod is easy, did it when i was bored in like 15 min lol just tossed the whole tail light in my oven at 250 for like 5 min, and pryed it apart fast and took out the inner lense diffusers and sealed it imediately while itwas still hot.. one of tail lights, i left it in the oven too long, and it melted the rear housing ! DOOHHH, so i had to grind the bulb mounts...

okay reloacted the battery and mounted the IC...Just as Iwas putting the s5 t2 ecu into the pass side to plug in i realized something important.. Yes could it be...noo way itcant...
I have a s4 na body...and im putting in a s5 turbo ecu and harness. That is not guna work.. SO yeah ... I fail once again. How did my s4 na car run a t2 before, ??? Jpr motoring did it with a na wiring harness and ecu, he never actualy converte dthe body to s5. wtf... what should I do now.. should I run the same setup as what jpr did?? or should I swap out the entire bodys wiring harness to s5????how the heck am I guna aford that... fluuck.............. Complications.i would go standalone ecu to solve all problems, but damn I hav no funds.. Im stuck with a s5 turbo 2 harness and ecu that I cant even use..The motor is entirely s5 as well including the sensors, omp, , and missing a s5 t2 afm... Im thinking I have to go with a s4 t2 harness setup to accept my cars s4 bodywires... sigh.... emo time/// anybody wanna trade the s5 t2 harness and ecu for a s4 one? DO i have to get s4 t2 injectors too??? damn................................ |

Run the modded s4 na harness and ecu and risk my engine blowing????? it ran well for two years until it blew with that setup..There was no OMP plugs, so I dont even think the engine was premixing oil. wtf..stresed////
