Those are real Mazdaspeed MS02 wheels. I think they were around $700ea new. A fair price today for perfect condition wheels is $1000-$1250. Those look like they will need some repair though. You might find out how old (as in date of manufacture) the "new" tires are before considering them in the price. As long as they balance/hold air the price seems fair. I'm pretty sure they came in FD offsets, so have the seller measure to ensure fit on your FC.

Yep, Mazdaspeed MS-02's...
You either love them or you hate them.
I wouldn't mind owning a set, cause they are pretty rare.
Most of them sell for US$1,000 - US$1,200 range.
I've only seen a handful for sale over the past few years.
I think only one set was FC offset friendly - 17" x 8.0", +35ish.
Most of them are made for FD (offset).
Hard to tell from the pic since it's straight on, but the FC offset ones are a little deeper sunk.
Those things have the center caps which tend to get lost, so they are even more desirable!
I've heard the centers are magnesium cast so they are really light, but I can't confirm if this is true.
If they are magnesiums centers, I'll definitely want a set for myself!
