Vipers, through a couple degrees of seperation, I bought your old MS scoop. So, in a round about way, thx. It's not on the car yet. For now it's still orange, but over the winter it's either getting painted to match my factory color, or the whole car is going Shade Green.

I have the lenses on my FC but theres no bulbs or anything behind them, i like the way they look but don't wanna cough up the dough for the JDM with bulbs, i'll have to look more into doing a custom setup like above

The JDM FTP light output is pretty weak. If you want someone to actually notice you when you use your FTP's you can do what I've done and what you can do with your stock USDM FTP's with a little work.
Those are 3 high intensity waterproof LED "Warm White" spotlights with a 25 degree beam mounted in a stock USDM FTP housing. There is room for 4 in one FTP and that's what I will eventually be changing this set to. They are incredibly easy to install and hookup to a switch. Each LED Spotlight is $14.99 + shipping each from Oznium.com. So for 4 per FTP you will pay the same price as the JDM FTPs but after a little extra install time you will have an FTP setup far better than the JDM ones and will last a lot longer than a filament bulb. They will also not create a lot of heat so there is no chance of melting the housings.
There are a few colors available and 2 whites, Warm White and Cool White. I went with the warm white because Oznium says "The Warm White (3300K) has more *visible* light output than the White (6500K)". I will be trying the Cool White as well though.
