anyone with tenzo seats?
care to rate them? theyre pretty cheap and im trying to get some replacements for my stock seats cause theyre all torn up, saw the seats on ebay and theyre like 400 and some change for a pair.... not sure if i should stay away cause of the price

i wouldnt go with those seats because then you need to fab up rails, make sure there the right width/length/height to fit in your car also. there a honda thing and if i saw tenzo r seats in a 7 i would kinda just shake my head. there are plenty of seats out there, look for a good set of cloth t2 seats, just bolt em in. they hug nicly and wouldnt be cracked up compared to the leather t2 seats. i have a very nice set of celica gts seats that just need a little modifying on the rail. they are black/grey microfiber seats and are tad bit taller and wider for the bigger guys like myself. ill post some pics if interested and give you a hella deal on them buddy.

yeh i had a feeling they were honda type seats cause they had "type R" in the name hahaha, they resembled the recaro seats i had in my t2 and im trying to find something like those in red, those things were comfy, how much you want for the gts', im not trying to get new seats right this instant but but if theyre alright i might be intrigued

the problem with these seats is tenzo isnt really a reputible brand to true enthusiests. like t24todd said, they are kind of a turn off when you see them in a nice car. my friend had those "type r" looking tenzo seats back in 02, things fade and wear.. but that was long time ago, maybe they stepped up.
Theres a few bucket seats that are decent imo, Sparco speed or sprint is pretty cheap.
These are probably a better choice for you, still knock off tho, some nameless seats

www.memoryfab.com has some pretty awesome looking reclineable seats for cheap. I don't know anything about the company or whether they are a good brand. I would definitely research a little before buying but they look good so far.

Also I know you aren't looking for buckets but Seibon makes a pretty sweet carbon fiber seat. At around 450 to 500 they are pretty cheap for a carbon bucket. Again not sure on the quality, but they have great hoods and other carbon products:
