Almost just drove through a telephone pole; FC + WATER + GRAVEL = :'(.
I just want to start this out with some famous words. "I was being careful because the roads were wet and I like my fc being clean."
I came up on the last curve before my house, a sharp uphill left curve with gravel thrown about because some dumbass decided to extend their driveway into the road. The previous fact makes me extremely careful around this curve because wet + gravel = very quick loss of traction in a speeding fc. I slowed down to (something I have no gauge lights) and started into the corner. Then I noticed that my wheels were still going straight; at which point I said "Oh ****," and rubbed my lucky Kracken I have in front of my idiot cluster to block my check engine light. (It is an annoying light). Anyways, I was hydroplane-ing and then I hit the gravel; I realized this was very bad whenever the back-end slid a bit. What I didn't know is my FC was going to be lucky again and park between the guy's metal mailbox (surronded by huge boulders) on the left and a telephone pole on the right. I backed out and decided to call the guy tmrw since I didn't do any damage to anything; even the flowerbed that I ran through.
Everyday I'm reminded that I love my fc because even though I have a near death experience in it everyday; it won't let me down. Until my coolant seals/apex seals finally go out.
Anyways, I know this was long but I was curious if anyone else has had a fc that just won't wreck even though you come extremely close to hurting it?

Lol, I locked my brakes up a week ago going over a hill because there were deer standing in the middle of the road. The fc managed to slide between them and straighten back out without hitting anything.

Lucky! I was driving my old N/A with a friend on a wet road, and on a similar uphill left I went to accelerate out of the corner in 2nd and spun very quickly into the other lane going the opposite way. I was lucky that day too. Drive safe.

I would post my story but I don't want to incriminate myself in here. That one thing that happened that day with my FC changed my life. No joke.
I can tell you some of it...
Highway rush hour, slick roads and a 180 clockwise and another 180 counterclockwise across 3 lanes.

I hope i don't join you lot, going to pick up my s4(turbo2 engine) in January in Stavanger And drive it 955Miles to Bodo where i live. It's got aprox 220hp so it should be interesting on the snow filled roads of Norway
