If his parents where smart, they would buy him a kart and send him to europe so he can make millions when he becomes an F1 driver, rather than a dead end monster truck driver lol
kidding! but yeah i see more potential in karting than monster trucks as far as $$$ potential at an older age persuing professional racing in an FIA series. =)
There is still sponsorship to be had with this monster truck route tough. They could have interviewed him and asked him if he really likes it though lol

I honestly wish we could stick people in jail for ruining car's that are "rare" such as an FC
If you want to wreck a car do it to something more common... like a civic or a cavalier, lot's of both where I live.

Thisis different from people ruining FCs by stripping out the interior, mangling the engine with BAC and cold start removals, sticking on some poorly matched body kit, cutting springs, and calling it a "drift car" how?

My opinion, their atleast using the car for a purpose it was intended, having fun and driving sideways.

It's just that this is slightly worse, because it's not even being used [poorly], it's just being destroyed..

+2 for emphasis.
the rear steer was used to try and eliminate the rear end from sliding out prematurely. this is supposed to be a performance car and drifting is lame *** slip driving, in other words driving slower for fun in a different competetive way(if you consider it competetive, perhaps he likes ice skating too).

I thought Mazda did this themselves after a while? (or are you not talking about the cold start assist fluid?)

Karack, Where I live anything older than 1995 is practically rare since a majority of cars rust away to nothing unless it's been restored. Also I've seen more 1960's muscle car's around here than I do RX's even the RX-8 is a pretty rare sight around here.

well just about anything from the '80's and earlier is rare if you look at it that way. except there was well over half a million FCs produced. even if there was only one left because the rest were crushed, it still really isn't a rare car by my standard(because it originally was common) but some models could be considered more rare than others.

Some people have no respect to great cars, FC is still "rare" compared to a vw golf or a civic, plus it has its relatively unique engine design and its not a bad sports car either. Wondering from where he got that FC. On a TV show someone also crushed a Delorean with a monster truck. In the Delorean community thats a big nogo, and the deloreans are very rare, but people still did it.

i'd just like to point out that the reporter mentions that america's other pass time is baseball. So monster trucking and baseball....wonder where the hillbilly stereotype comes from lol
more importantly, a vehicle would be considered rare when few are left and are still in high demand. Realistically, purchasing a honda civic with a b18 gsr vtec super handling all wheel drive civic, and parking it would be the a wise decision. Even though a million of them are sold daily, at one point in time, the 18 year olds will ruin most of them, but still want them because...well, i don't know why they wanted them to begin with. Look at the mustangs, and camaros fetching high dollars, even though they were popular vehicles, there aren't many left, and a large chunk of people still want them.
Hypertek, I agree with you, monster trucking is dead end. Surprisingly though, if you want your kid involved in racing, the states is the place to do it, or so it seems by talking with a couple star mazda drivers.

Load Solenoid?
Turbo part?
I've been looking at the S4 NA Training Manual lately and been planning to remove all the solenoids except for the Pressure Regulator Solenoid.
EGR, Relief, and Switching Solenoids all appeared to be strictly emissions parts? [EGR and ACV have been removed]

Is that a Rhd fc!? Watch the end of the video when he's hitting it with the bat. The steering wheel looks to be on the right side... therefore it is rare to be in the u.s and to be crushed! Maybe im wrong but my phone makes it look like a Rhd fc
