4 lug rims?
i'm not ready to do a 5 lug swap on my car, and even then it might be easier to just upgrade the whole car ( and make it turbo too!)
So im curious who makes some good 4 lug rims that i could pop on my 87 until then

Well what size wheels do you want to go with, how much do you want to spend & what style of wheel are you looking for? Here's a few that you may like, but most companies sell various wheels that will suit you. (HRE, Volk, Rota, SSR, Work, TSW, Iforge & Konig)
SSR Professor SP1's can be bought in a 4x114.3
Volk TE37's also in a 4x114.3
Rota P45r's

So im just about set on getting a set of 5zigen FN01R(C)s or TE37s i know i need a hole pattern of 4x114.3 and i'd like to get them in 17 inch size. how do i know what width to get and the offset? this is my first car i'll actually be doing things to and modifying...i'd prefer to keep it under the wheel well without having to roll the fender, or have them stick out.
even pointing me to how to understand tire/wheel sizes would be great!

You would want a wheel with a 40mm offset ideally. These "should" be close enough but I would get a second opinion.
