Re: Pic of stang rims on FC opinions?
For rims below:
Wheel Size: 17 x 8
Finish: Silver Metallic
Bolt Patern: 5 on 4.5 in.
Offset: oem
Backspace Measurement: 5-11/16 in
They are aluminum wheels, I am think they are pretty light.

what does hub-centric mean? and btw, those are some hella nice wheels... i'm thinking about getting a set for my fc... 17x8's and you can fit 245's all around with no rubbing at all?

Former Moderator. RIP Icemark.
Hub centric means that the hole in the middle is exactly in the middle making it easier to balance on a high speed balance machine.
There are also lug centric (which the lug holes are pefectly centered- harder to balance, but better when balanced correctly).

Anyone that has tried these, do these wheels increase the area between the wheel and fender (basically would I need to lower the thing)?
Thanks
Thanks

Basically the stock car runs 205/60/15, the 17's with the 245/45/17 will run same tire diameter... So the wheel space between the wheel well would be the same

you can buy those wheels brand new, never used, for 69.95 each, which comes out to 280$ for a set, or like brian said, 200 for a set from a junk yard, they are for stang GT's from 2001/2002, but they fit all stang GT and V6 from 1994 up to 2002, and i heard they are a direct bolt on to our bolt pattern, as 5x4.5" comes out to almost 5x114.3.
im getting a set, having the ponies ground off the center cap, and powder coating them black to go on my red FC

I was trying to find the anodized Cobra R rims to show, but I can't seem to find them anymore. You have to see these things! I will keep looking, hopefully I can find a pic. I've been rim hunting this weekend, and it's between three rims now..... 1) The Cobra R replicas 2) Tenzo R RS5 3) Tenzo R Mean 6. But if I find the anodized Cobra rims, I've already made my decision!

I'm looking at buying a set of the 99 GT wheels same as those in the picture but 2 of them have 275 and 2 of them are 245 tires. Would the 275's fit in the back of a RX7 without scraping? The car also would be lowered a inch.
