Rx7 Specialties

How reputable is this company? I noticed that it's outta Calgary, Canada. Is this the company that supposedly built the Rx8 20b?

I'm curious how much parts and such would cost from them.

Their website doesn't have an e-mail address and looks shady.

They have a great deal on 13b's for us US folks. I spoke to them about a 13b-T 93+ internals and prep'd for a miata but i decided to go w/ a 20B. Some Canadian felt quite highly about them and thus i gave a call. What are you looking to get from them??

Actually their ad has a 20B with a T88H on it. The claimed hp output is 600. The motor looks really nice and the prices (as you said) for the 13b are really nice. I'm mostly interested in the 20b. I haven't commited to a project yet and I keep looking at rx7s. My goal is to buy a stripped or non-running fc and put either a 13b or 20b in. I'd much rather have the 20b.

I have their sub-frame. The quality looks excellent. I haven't installed mine yet.

They are woking on my FD right now, putting in a 13b.
Car will be ready the first week of June, I will post when I get it back.

I spent alot of time checking this place out, even flew out to Calgary and went to the shop a few times. I have heard negative things about some of their work as well but I found it was from the same few people and the reliability of their claims is disputed.

I trust they will do a good job and would not have sent my car there if I didn't think so. The owner (Adam) spent alot of time talking to me and seems to be a good guy. Do a seach in the Canadian forum, their is alot of info on this shop.

Guys, I think black93RX7 hit the nail on the head.
They are a reputable shop and the only problems have been with a few isolated people who's own reputations seem to be questionable.

Their work for the most part is good, but also can be hit-or-miss it seems. I have heard of people getting engines that work fine, but made up of different parts from various generation engines.
