hes not living paycheck to paycheck.
i dont hate on flaco, i just dont think hes that good of a mechanic.
i dont care what anybody says but he cant be possibly breaking motors on purpose. ive been following him for years and for years he's been breaking motors left and right.
you have no idea how many times siguel has run low 7's high 6's and left home with motor intact.
hey bern, since you talk to flaco, let him know that siguel will be offering classes for the amature mechanic. if he wants to sign up he can call the siguel help line @ 1-800-help-me
Funny... I'll tell Flaco... but you know the funny thing is that Flaco and Siguel speak and have each others numbers.... When Abel ran the number at Vegas this year, Siguel called him. Don't be fooled, all the top guys in the game speak to each other.

But how is it that if Flaco is such an amateur mechanic that doesn't know anything, and he's still faster than anyone in the world and has been for years?

Btw, if anyone has a line on sponsors for Flaco, please let me know... the money has dried up real quick this year without a title-sponsor, and the team is hurting!

I now know exactly what hes got on his car through my international connections It's not even a big secret on what hes got in his car.

"Then tells us the specs of his car" you say? I want him to do reveal his own specs, none of you would believe me anyway, thats why im asking nicely to show pictures and the GENERAL specs of the car.

P.S.
How did he get the funding to make this car?

Whoa-Wjoa, don't get coky now....

Like ir or not, Flaco has had the means to kind of keep up with technology. hence from a R100 to 13B FD, to a 20B FD to a 20B RX8; while the other have been competing with their good ol'cars.

Being the fastest, sure as long as everybody else is running on old school technology, if running at all. What do you know? Set them up with similar cars to those Abel have, and BAM!

Wasn't that the case with his old 20B FD? Isn't that the case with Sporty's FD? ML?

What.. wait.... didn't others (PR and Oz) have the same new technology or more than Flaco over the last *few* years... don't tell me that these were just their good ol'cars, what's happened to these other rides? So what we are saying is that since Flaco had more means<money> he was faster... hey maybe that's the case now then. So what is good for one, is good for the other, no? So it all comes down to means?

Pretty much, or do you actually think that two years ago Siguel's car had the same technology\materials as Flaco's Rx8? How about Falito's vs Flacos FD?

Or did Flaco swap from one car to the other "Just Because"?

It is Obvious, or do you really think that Siguel dicovered something new while working on major League's car? In fact, PR racers started using adjustable clutch last year (make that one racer = Siguel) .

You can't be good at everything, have him call Siguel

Engine: Siguel
Chassis: Don Ness
Tuning / Clutch: Siguel (most important ficha)
Driver: Siguel

Up to early this year, he was #1 and when was the last time he raced his car?

I don't think he has a clue

If he calls Siguel, he might go slower... he wants to go forward, not backwards. with all respect to Siguel!!

and I think his fastest time is still holding, no? Still #1... and the last run was at the last NHRA round in Colorado. It doesn't look like the team Flaco is going to Florida for the next NHRA round though....

Alot of the flaco guys here are missing the point. Look at how long it took him to be #1 in the world. hmm let me see over 10years. How long it took ML to be #2 in the world .hmmm let me see again 5Passes, Also how long it took for siguel to be #1 when he had his cars. Like 2months after he debuted his car and was #1 for like 3years. I know flaco haves talent and ****. I just hate when alot of ppl just brag bout him when they dont even know the facts. He is juts being a cooky mo fo that gotta step up his game.

nah... I think it's the other way around... how long has Abel been on, or near, the top of the Rotary drag game? The R-100, the FD and now the RX-8... it hasn't taken him 10-yrs to be on top of the game, he's been there consistently for a long time, along with a few others, and it doesn't seem peeps want to recognize this, because they hate him, for many reasons.. valid or not! Sure there are, and have been others... but the deal is, that it's hard to stay on top of the game when you're trying to catch a bunch of super-well funded and factory supported piston racers on a pro-circuit! I respect Siguel, Falito, and the many other PR and Oz runners that have been, or are on, or close to the top, but it's taken them awhile to get there too!

I really see the ML car as a development and step forward from what Siguel has learned over the many years he's been racing! So the reality is, that no one has just come out of "NO WHERE" to run fast times... the money is starting to flow and guys are getting the best to run the best!! No shame in that game if you can do it! This will make all Rotary runners try and run harder!

I'd just love to see them on the pro-circuit trying to beat down the piston boyz... right now this war has one runner, and it's getting tough to keep up!

Btw fbdrifterrx7 do you know Flaco or have you met him? Just curious.... cause ya... he can be cooky mo fo at times..

The engine siguel bought was already race ready. Flaco's engine is a 20B engine that HE built himself.

BTW
Chassis: Don Ness

That means its not a PR car, its a US car

P.S
Hey Bern, can my 616 be at the courtyard display at SS8? I'll do demos to pop some ears!

the PR vs Flaco argument will never end .....PR has alot of very fast cars and they might be the people responsable for starting the import drag scene, but there are alot of guys outside PR that ARE capable of running just as fast or even faster than the PR boyz....once there are people from PR on this forum they WILL always represent their island to the fullest and no matter what times they run and THEY WILL always be the fastest or the best....how many 6 second passes siguel made with his FD?? what was his fastest time??? in my opinion flaco has proven himself to the world by running numerious 6sec pass at almost all the NHRA events and he currently holds the ET record for a rotary....the only valid argument u fellas have of abel is that he breaks motors like crazy...John force, Doug Callita and all the other top fuel dragster/ funny car break a motor on almost every pass and i dont hear anyone complaining about them.....the margin of error in this type of racing is so small that everything in and around that motor has to be perfect in order for it to perform well....flaco is still running a sideport motor and he's doing 6:70's just think if/when he steps it up to a peri what kind of power he would be making....
the reason from ML running 6's on its 4-5th pass is very simple, Siguel used all his experience and knowlege from his FD days and used it on this car just like abel did from his FD to the rx8 thats why it would seem to be so amazing for a new car....
some of u guys need to pull ur heads out your asses because u keep saying Flaco this ,flaco that and flaco doesnt know ****.... but the reality is that flaco is presently the fastest and until he loses that title hes still the KING.....how could he not know anything and still be the fastest in the world, i dont get it?? just imagine if flaco was good and he knew what the hell he was doing what times he would be doing :o

the way i see it is
PR nationals will support the PR boyz till the end
and the rest of us will support Flaco till the end
its a topic that'll never die
i have no hate for team PR or PR people in general (hell i've F%cked a few in my days) im just acknowledging the fact of flaco being the fastest in the world and all the hard work he had done to be where he is today...amen
