Microtech LTX12 3 rotor ECU for sale
I have this in the for sale section as well, I am sure it is okay to post the link here to that section as the people of this forum would be most interested, obviously.

Normally, it is not OK to post classified ads in forums outside the appropriate classified forums, however I usually let the rules slide a little bit because of the rare nature of 20B-specific items. Since this is a 20B-specific EMS, I will let the post stand for now. However, all posts in this forum are open for discussion, so be prepared to answer some annoying questions if you post here. I will begin ...
1) What does "preconfigured to run a 3 rotor engine" mean?
2) Would the person who buys this EMS be covered by the warranty and user support from Microtech since the unit is not being purchased from an authorized dealer? If so, then which US Microtech dealer would be the contact?
3) Why so much money? What am I missing here?...
Pricing at the RX-7 Store:
http://www.rx7store.net/microtech.htm
$999 LTX-12 ECU
$282 6xCoils
$Free Wide-Band 02 option
$359 Microtech Dash
$100 Laptop Adapter
$1740 Total

Evil Aviator,
No problem with the questions, I too as a concerned consumer would want to know all the facts first!
1) All Microtech ECU's have their ignition trigger/type setup for the factory. This information is burned into the ECU. If you want to change to a different motor, the unit must be sent back to Microtech Australia to be re-programmed ($150 AUD charge).
2) MT AUS handles all warranty and support. This unit was purchased from a 100% authorized dealer, but unfortunately they went out of business.
3) I left out a few details that I just called my friend and confirmed with:
$999 LTX12 ECU
$282 Bosch coils (6)
$55 3 BAR Map configuration
$free Wideband o2 logging
$100 Laptop adapter
$359 Microtech Dash
$279 Bosch LSM11 wide-band o2 sensor
$125 GM 3 BAR MAP sensor
----------
$2199 grand total
Specs on the ECU can be found here:

I will try to address any further questions the best I can!

the LTX12 has 6 ign outputs and 6 injector outputs,
runs true direct fire and sequential on the 20b, no waste spark.

Brand New Microtech LTX12 with all the options inluding the dash display, wide band option, 3 bar map, 3 bosch coils, software and cables to hook up a laptop for programming.
I would let it all go for $1300 shipped. It has never been installed!

I think their docs on the LTX12S says it's only 4 discrete ignition outputs?

It explicitly states it's only 4 ignition outputs, but it does say it can do 1 - 6?
