Auto-Exe 20B intake filter

Just checked the pricing on the high quality of the Auto-Exe intake air box to suit my 20B powered JC Cosmo.

Y60,000 is pretty pricey when you convert the Aussie peso to Yen. Thats AUS$790 at todays conversion rate. then I have to have it imported, customs duty etc.

Adds up to around $1300 by the time its in my hands. That sux.

I can go out & buy a K&N filter pod for $100.

Sure is tempting though....... Check it out at Auto-Exe (Japan)

yeah, very nice. just make a cold air box from sheetmetal and buy a cone filter, should work about the same as long as you dont mess it up somehow, actually those don't look very sealed so it may work better if those pictures are of them fully installed.

that doesnt look like it would feed **** all air into the car, what sort of filter does it use?
I would go with a cold air box (thats what I did anyway) with a pod filter and cold air feed.
