You would be surprised. There are quite a few being built already & they are usually done in lots of 5 or 10 when the shafts etc are being done. We have sent a few to the USA, but none to Russia, you would be the first! What did you do about a gearbox in the end?

I like the idea of a 4 rotor. The 12a lenght sounds promising but probably doesn't lend itself much to turbo charging. Most 12a stuff is tricked out for NA. 12a 4 rotor sounds right for NA applications, 13b 3 rotor for forced inductions. Any thoughts on this?

are you making 4 rotor shafts?

I bet noone ever sold 3 rotor or 4 rotor shafts to Russia, we are the first here with such a projects.

Tranny is a modified th400. I am using th350 with my 3 rotors now, but it is too weak for my engine. Going to replace with th400.
Rear end is stock with tomei 2 way lsd and driveshaftshop axle bars...

Excellent! Did you decided against the Gforce?

No we dont make them but we do a lot of business with the company that does & are able to offer them also.

i thought about Gforce or richmond or jerico, but th400 is less expensive and still handle high power...
also i can still easily downshift with auto and that is more important with an auto tranny less impact is going to the rear end, driveshaft and axles.
we had a problem with 1000hp supra here with a PPG dog transmission kit. we broke almost everything with it (ring&pinion, axles, carbon driveshaft) due to hard start and gear switching.
imho gforce like sequential trannies of course has less power loss inside but much more money have to be involved to make it right and reliable and also driver have to be very experienced.
i have plenty of power from my engine so i can spend a little of it to the power loss of the auto tranny but get other significant advantage.
i do not have a goal yet to run 7 seconds 8 would be very enough!

Do you have any idea what goes into creating such a product? Apparently not.

Wasn't SCOOT's 4 rotor N/A FD spaceship powered by the same kit Kiwi RE makes?

probably KIWI kit or maybe Jeff`s stuff
Rx8 rotors? probably 13B/20B rotors, i have plently of them in stock
electric coolant pump
still havnt desided about dry sump but most probably i will not go this way, just custom oil pan will work well with some oil pump upgrades

the questions is, how to balance 4 rotors assembly?
If the Kiwi e-shaft is 12A based you wont be able to fit 13B parts.
Thats unless you have a huge torquewrench

For dragracing only im pretty sure a wet sump is good enough.

You also need to take into the moneywise consideration, that you need to have the centerplates milled for the gears.

This sound amazing! Can think of a 23A 4-rotor in my RX-8!! Just spoke to Kiwi-RE and they were wery helpful and intersested in my project. If everything works out right i maybe have the excentric shaft here in about 6 weeks! Then the hard work will start...
