Wow, now that's one heat-managing *****! Not sure how long those zip-ties will hold up once the oil lines start heating up. Can't wait to see how she performs on the track.

Finishing a few bits tonight, the header tank and water system is complete, all oils and water are in, we DID attempt to start
her up but there was an earth problem on the fuseboard which has been sorted and we ran out of jump-pack power, all
on charge for tomorrow.
The water system is all now finished.

Right, the third geabox cooler (better quality with higher pressure rating) is on and runs up to temp nicely together
with the new oil, we've sorted a few minor leaks too.
The car is now over at Horsham Developments for the corner weighting and full suspension set up.
Before I took it there yesterday we got him running on all the rotors properly and this is what happens with a
fair bit of over-fueling together with the car being up to temp at last. (bad quality vid as was on a phone)

I've began reading from the very first post until now and my mind is totally blown away!!!
For most projects (not only rotary) that I see from UK lately, your project must be on the Top 5 if not really on 1st!!!!!
Very clean, hand made built project not bought, and lots of time invested and good ideas applied on the car... (like the aftermarket parts and the RX-8 light!)
Congrats and now when spring comes I wish you enjoy that beast on track and kick many ***** =D
(just one question, you got your 20B on the mainland (uk) or overseas?!)
Cheers!

It's been a while but I've been a bit busy, as you all know I wasn't happy with the
rear bumper...... I'm a lot happier now.
Ok, a bit of fettling and modding to do but you'll get the idea of the finished article with these pics
The separate components off the car
And now held in place on the car
We lowered the car down to see if it looks ok and I really like it, I is a happy bunny.

Thanks Erdin, looks even better now.
More done today, the flat floor is well under way, all the brackets are welded in and the center piece fits nicely,
and for those of you about to jump in.... the ally vents arrive tomorrow to aid in circulation of air around the exhaust and
diff together with exit vents in the diffuser.
