If you do a search on this forum you'll find the info your looking for. A guy recently, in the past 2 months posted info on a car he tuned. 20b na fc I believe. He came close to 250ish whp. I don't remember the specifics.

That would be RETed. How found that an NA 20B with his mods was about 5HP short of a stock JC Cosmo, if I remember right. That means the stock twin turbos are only good for 5HP!

I'm doing an NA 20B project because it's a pre-letter engine, #756.

um, ok if i remember correctly re-anemya has a 20b which im pretty sure is na capable of breaking 300kmph (abt 186mph) cant remember the exact power output but it would have needed a decent amount to break 300kmph.

if someone can dig up the the option rx7 special (its a dvd/vcd) im sure they'll find the car on there.

also im pretty sure someone was running a n/a 20b with a pp hitting around 350-400hp at the wheels

No I believe he's talking about the old gt car on Option rx7 special vol 33?. The blue one. It's definately fast, either PP or BP and N/A. I've heard talk though that the cream colored FD is the older RE blue car redone though.

I think you are referencing Evil7's car, which has a custom-built 3-rotor (not a 20B) with Motec throttle bodies and a Y2K turbo. Mine just has a stock block 20B with a T66 turbo.

Evil7's PP 3-rotor:

LOL, I think that's more of an indication of how performance tuning with a standalone EMS and a good tuner is a lot better than a nasty stock EMS for an emissions-controlled luxury car. Here is the thread of RETed's recent 20B NA tuning:

The Mazda Motorsports 20B and 13G factory race engines are PP NA engines that make about 450-475hp at the flywheel. They have been around since the late 1980's, and the 20B parts are still available through Mazda Motorsports.
