20b in a dune buggy ?????

ok I've got a 1990 cosmo runs and drives.
what I'm looking to do is use this engine in a sandrail (dunebuggy). I know people are gonna say waste of a good engine. I did my fair share of searching as I know that is what the search function is for, but I'm still not sure I want to start unbolting things. what I'm planning to do is use the engine and the stock ecu and adapting it to a standard trans.

what I need to know is what sensors the stock ecu needs to get signals from as far as transmission and speed sensors or anything I'm not thinking of ?

I don't want to use the auto trans dew to cooling issues and of placement with the vw transaxle' and yes I know it will break the trans (I have a pill of broken ones from the 2 rotor already)

I want to use the stock ecu so I don't end use leaning this engine out trying to set up a stand alone and I already have it.

I want to keep the twins cause as far as I can see they work good.
I know that I could get 300hp out of a well built 13b but this is what I have and it is more than enough power for a lightweight buggy

so if you can give me some insight I thank you very much

Dont ruin the car! Why don't you sell it, make more money that way and then just buy a 3 rotor long block. That is if the car is in good condition. pics?
