He is correct the 23a has never been in production. Its designed exactly to the T as the r26b but 12a based.
Jeff Bruce who made my kit is the man who makes the kits for ppre and kiwi so you know its top notch work.
13k is very spendy but im selling my kit "Brand New" for $7500 shipped. This would be super sweet in a delorean.

 

Dumb question, are those kits meant to make 23a's or 26b's? It doesn't say and I've always wondered. Boy if I had the cash you'd already be getting PM's about selling your kit - a four rotor has always been a dream of mine.

 

Kit is just a general term meaning its a kit that allows you to put together a 4 rotor engine. All the hard to machine parts are done and all you have to do is find simple stuff like rotor housings, 3 side plates(1 front,1 rear and 1 center) and then rotors. You can have either a 26a kit made or a 23a kit made. What I like most about this 23a is how rare it is. Scoot sports in japan is the only 23a pport running in the world. Check it out on youtube. This is exactly the same style kit they used for their car.
