20b bridge port turbo question

i have a fd3s with a 20b bridgeport
the turbo currently on the car is a garret gt4202r 1.01 ar

this is to laggy in my opinion.

i wonder how the 9180 would differ from te garret. Annyone running an efr 9180 1.01 v band tial exaust housing?

my goal is 700 hp, it will do 730 whp max on a rotary, so 700 is pushing it.
also, how will my ports effect spoll/ bottom end power?

i want the response of a shotgun ;-)
i am going to uce te car for drifting, time attac, and a few drag events

maybe somone is running this combo and could give som perspective on the case?

What is your current exhaust setup? How much boost are you running? What RPM are you seeing full boost? Do you have a dyno sheet to examine?

I have the same GT4202 on my 20B, but I changed out the 1.01 for the 1.16 Tial.

Small/Medium Streetport or Stock Port + Factory TB will get you amazing response.

I put in some fresh bur9eqp the day before dynoing the car. I was out of bur9eq.

everything went well up to the 500hp mark.

the fuel gets kind of hot with the A1000 fuel pump. So we went to lunch, and when we resumed tuning the fuel had cooled of and afr got .6 richer. We went to 9.8 and then the platimun plugs gave in. Lost alot of engine power, and tuning was stoped.

need to innstall a fuel temp sensor and better plugs before going back.

I do not have a stock tb. Mine is one big butterfly valve. Not the best solution.
