ground is always black, power goes to constant and ignition these are usually red and yellow but vary, do you have an amp?

Do you have the factory manual, if not search the website for the manufacturer, they usually have the manuals online.

Is this an aftermarket or stock radio? If its stock, then there is a switched power wire (red) and a black wire for ground. If this is an 84 or 85 radio, i'm not sure if there is constant power, but I do know for sure that the 79-83 radio did not have a constant power. All had external amplifiers, meaning there is most likely a switch power and ground going to them as well, but I'm not sure.
