Wtf is wrong with this engine?!

Wtf is wrong with this engine?!

Ok it ran perfect. Parked it for a week and them wouldn't start? Come to find out had no spark. I have a msd direct fire ignition so I unhooked that and went back to stock ignition and then I could get it to start.
I'm assuming the msd box took a crap? But that's not the big problem. I start it up and when you rev it hard it pops hard and sounds like it's backfiring out of the carb really bad.

Ok I've figured out it doesn't act up until I open up the 4 barrels. But the carbs all rebuilt?

What what? You start the car with all 4 barrels open?

You converted this to mech secondaries im guessing?

Yes. It always had just a slight hesitation if you just romped on it due to the mech secondaries. But this is way different.
