What do you guys think about that 7? is the price fair? It looks pretty clean.

The big question is the motor. D-uh
Don't know where you are in relation to the car, but it would be worth the $100 or so for a nearby Mazda dealer or specialist that YOU make arrangements with to give a compression check (needs a special tester only mazda dealers have) and eyeball the car (road test) for you so you know what your getting into. Especially if you have to go a long distance to get it AND get it home. 123K isn't huge mileage on a well cared for RX. Does the owner have any service records? how long has he had the car? How do you feel about no sunroof?? would be a deal-breaker for me since they are pretty claustrophobic inside without one!!
I bought my 80GS off ebay in San Diego (I'm in Alaska!) and only because a friend lived nearby who was an ex-mazda mechanic to check it out. Car ia a dream...
Don't get hung up if you can't make a check-up work, there are LOTS of these cars around, be patient
Good luck-
