Might be a market place find or ebay deal. No one is really making or refurbishing parts for us anymore. I have this diagram, might be worth a shot to test out of the car to double check that its dead. Solely basing this off my experience and in fact was not my issue.

There is a person on this forum, and eBay, that makes the wiper bushings. They are similar to the headlight bushings. The other parts, other than the motor that can fail, are the rivits. They can be replaced though.

As to the motor itself, its the same unit thru the whole 1st gen line. SOME one on the FS forum must be parting out an RX and can sell you the motor. Another failure point on that system is the harness block on the motor, where it connects to the main harness. Sun damage makes BOTH ends of these very brittle (so on the motor side AND the main-harness side). Eastern Beaver sells OE style naked harness blocks you literally snap in the RX wires (assuming you dismantle the old connector and preserve the wire-tips with their metal connection!!!) into the EB block and yer done.
