Window sweeps
Iv have looked all around town here, and no one can order (or has in stock) windows sweeps for an 83 rx7, mine are in terrible condition I was wondering if anyone here knew where to buy them ?
on that note I have a list of stuff i can't seem to find
Window sweeps (83 rx7)
coolent temp sensor (83 rx7)
oil temp sensor (83 rx7)
and one more thing not sure what to
call it thoughon the doorpanles where
the handle is there is a plastic cap
that sits behind it I need 2 of them also (83 rx7)

Try Victoria British. I got the door handle things there. they have many colors.

I think he means that part of the weather stripping that goes on either side of the window at the bottom, that scrape water off as you roll it down?
But yeah, victoria british has them, if thats what you are talking about.

I got them from VB and they were great. If your window is not on the track they get messed up. They are just like stock. Mine were 1"-.5" to long, but I would rather trim than have them to long.

The old ones are short because the rubber has shrunk over the years. The new ones are not too long, they were improperly installed and will be too short soon, if you trimed them.
The new rubber streaches easily. Install each end first, 1-2", then work a spot in the middle down, 2-3". then work the rest of the gasket in.
