Is it getting fire to the sparkplugs?
Was it running before the 5 months with no problem?
Getting fuel? Can you see fuel coming out of the squirters on the primary side when you pump the gas?
Have you checked compression?
Did you try to pour a little bit of fuel down the carb and try to start?

change your fuel filter - might be lucky. Happened to me after longer storage. Should be done yearly.
