Why are my front plugs all wet?

Okay, this is still my bad motor. My front rotor has nl compession, and the spark plugs are wet all the time and smell like gas. The rear rotor has 60 psi of Compression and the spark plugs are dry after I run it. What is this. Rotor cap, wires are brand new, so what gives? I know this should be in rotary support or whatever, but I wanted to keep this in the first gens section. The motor has 90,000 miles on it.

If you have no compression it probably means you have a blown apex seal. They could just be sticking but I doubt it. Try inspecting the seals through the exhaust port with with a flash-light and mirror while turning the engine over by hand. If none are broken then press each seal down with your finger. They should be able to move and bounce back freely. If they're stuck try soaking the engine in ATF for awhile.

I have tried MMO twice, and to na avail. The rear rotor got way better, but not the front one. But I was still wondering what the problem is with the wet spark plugs. Does it do that when there is no compression? Is it a bad coil? When you do the ATF or MMO trick, does it usually work, or in some instances if the engine has been sitting for a real long time does doing what you told me by pressing down on them free them up even more? Because if that is the case, then maybe I won't need a different motor. Thanks for replying.

The front rotor having no compression is what causes the wet plugs. Two wet plugs in the same rotor housing isn't an ignition problem. Its an engine problem . If you only have 60 psi on the rear, you need a new engine anyway. Good compression is ~90 to over 110 psi or so
