Whos running Dellorto carbs 4port 13B's?
I need some input here guys. I have my RB Dellorto on my ported 4port 13B and it's running extremely rich. If I set the mixture screw at 3 turns it seems like the carb loads up and the engine wants to stall. I can only get it to hold a steady idle with 6 turns(360) of the idle mixture screw. Is this normal because of the porting?
Thanks, Ed

What kind of 4 port? I have a 76-78 13B, and running a 45 DHLA. Have a look at this site for a "how to tune your Dellorto"

What kind of jetting are you running?

I'm using 12A plates(tall center ports) and 85 GSL-SE rotor housings and rotors. 48 DHLA with 75 idle jets as per Racing Beat.
Mel, I'll try that and let you know.
Thanks, Ed
