I am in, once the final price is made and design is done.
Will these fit all first gens? If so I will pass along the info to get more people to sign up.

I should have my prototypes for the 84/85's in a week maybe.
The dead pedal is the same as the earlie years, but the other three are slightly different.

I don't have access to a drill press. Am I out of luck? Or did I read what he did wrong?

All you should need is the kit and a regular electric drill...

Okay cool. Because I'm hoping to pick up regular mat aluminum pedals for regular use and some polished rotary pedals for show.

Thanks much! (because I called up autovation weeks ago to do a stencil and they told me they already had a submission, elle oh elle!)

I used a cordless drill with multi-purpose bits. The 1/8 was dulled a bit from using it on the steel (it's rated for soft metal at best, but hey, it's all I had).

Aside from that all you need is a pencil, a centerpunch and hammer, a phillips bit/screw driver to take the air conditioning duct out (1 screw), and a block of wood to keep the accelerator in place while you drill it.

No. Autovation is slow as hell all the sudden. They haven't gotten back to me on the group buy.

I just got this email today:

"Steve,
We are switching to a new order management system this week which will
change how we run Group Buys. Also, I have not heard back from the
forum administrator regarding permission to run a GB. This is the delay. If
you send me the email addresses of the FB customers or give them my email
address to contact me, I can email individual PayPal Order Request forms to
purchase this new set. Let me know.

Best regards,

Jeff Silva

Project Manager
AutoVation Technologies
www.AutoVation.net"

So how about it admin? For those interested, his email is js@autovation.net

Okay, so this took way longer than it should have, but they're ready! The group buy is in the GB section. Here's the link

I need a set for my street car as well. 85 SE. I bought a set from them last year for my race car, so I know they used to make them for the FB. Group buy pricing and I'm in for sure.
