Question Where would I find these sideskirts?

http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Speedway/9116/8.html

If that was smoothly blended into the body, it would really look sweet!

Thanks,

I have a feeling That is a Pacific kit. They aren't around making 7 parts as far as I know. I just read that issue of rotary rocket too, well a couple of months ago.

Fudge! So who's gonna make the knoock off kit.

I'll have to dig through the RR mags and see if I can nail down some details...

Thanks!

Thanks.

I got the air dam situation covered:

The other sideskirt kits I've seen all require changing the rear bumper skint to make the rear bumper blend with the lines of the kit. I'd rather just screw the parts on, and smooth 'em in.

Take care,

This one http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Speedway/9116/8.html doesn't have the bulging thing going on with the fenders. Like this one:

I think the first one looks more modern actually. Like the "Shogun" style or C-West kits for the 3rd gens. Of couse If it can't be found, it does no one any good anyway...

The second one would look best with flared fenders IMHO.

Anyone do custom fiberglass or poly work?

BINGO!!!!

Thank you.

http://www.mariahmotorsports.com/gallery_1.htm The black car at the bottom has the same kit.

Now then, in the catalog http://www.mariahmotorsports.com/exterior_1stgen.htm , I see the "3-Piece Skirt Package, 81-85, part# 0774, $273". Is tat the same animal?

With that and the Mariah hood, I think I'd never stop looking at my car. I might lose my wife, but would it be worth it? I'm still considering the Mariah rear hatch. Any thoughts on that anyone?

Thanks FB + AWDDSM!

I found this body kit the other day. I dont know if yall would like it, but its different.

http://www.kaminari.com/rx-7a.htm

I really like these side and rear skirts. Combine that with a good front airdamn and it would look pretty nice. Actually, if thats got a place for foglights ill use that one. I kinda like it. :p

well, i dont like the wide body mariah kit. Personaly, i think it kinda ruins the whole feel of the car, but thats just my opinion.

A guy on the forum has the MM1 wide body package with the hatch mod and ive seen the car in person. All i can say is it looks much better in person and without the 80's rims and paintjobs.

I'm with Norad on this one. I DO NOT like widebody kits, or hatch kits. They kill the most prominent feature of an RX-7; smooth lines, glass hatch. Well, it leaves one of the features the same; pop-up headlights. Stocker is cool. Skirts and airdams are cool. Wideboday is bad. Hatch kit is bad.

Just my two bits...
