where to get a press for an axle bearing?

Airflow is my life
You cant press the old bearing off. You have to cut off the retaining collar (VERY CAREFULLY). Then the bearing slides off. New bearing slides on, then the new collar can be pressed on. Any hydraulic press should do tha trick. I have a Harbor Freight style made in China one (12ton). Like $69, woks like a champ.
