Where to buy ignition stuff?

I am replacing all of my standard ignition components (plugs, wires, dizzy cap and rotor) and am wandering where you guys get them from. The car is a 1980 12A. I am looking at rock auto and they have NGK plugs and wires which sound good. But they have a large array of distributor caps and rotors, i dont have a clue what brands are good or what fits who. Just wandering what brands you guys use, and where you get them. I know this sounds generic but i had a hard time finding what i was looking for in the search.

Thanks in advance.

I always like the Beck-Arnsly stuff and rockauto is closing a lot of that out so
you should be able to get a good deal on it.

BA caps and rotors work okay. The ones that have brass rather than aluminum contacts last a lot longer, but they're not common any more.

I suspect all the different brands are actually made by two, maybe three companies in the world, and then repackaged.

Cap and rotor brands have never made a difference in any cars I've driven (RX's included).

Plugs and wires though... definitely. The NGK's (with the 4 ground electrodes, BR_EQ-14 I think) all the way for plugs. For wires, the cheap brands seem to die quickly - I've been using solid core NGK's lately and they've been great although they dump noise into the stereo system and make the handheld volt meter go crazy if I hold it near the battery.
