Great thread! Anyone running a 17x8 on the front of a sa22c? I understand that even 7" up front is wide but would love to see a 8" under stock guards. Series 1 rx7 in particular.

What offset for the front of those 17x7 rims? I can fit a 17x9 + 33 dead flush on the rear in my sa22c, but I think 8" on the front will stick out too far even with a low offset. Would a 17x7 + 5 be close to flush on front? I mean rim not just tyre bulge.

I can't figure out why TireRack says the ENKEI 92's in 15x7 (38mm offset/5.5" backspace) won't fit an 85 SE. The specs are almost identical to my American Racing's that I now have. I love the look of these Enkei's in Gold.
