Speak english better than I would Italiano

But anyways, what is the lug pattern in Italy?

Is it 4x110 If so you are kinda screwed, maybe Panasports or ROH's?

It depends. Alot of the European Spec cars were actually set up with SE suspensions on them.
What style of factory wheels are on it? If it's the rotor style, then they are 4x110.
If they are the phone dial style, then they are SE. I think the pattern is 4x4.5
Those are the only 2 factory style that I saw while living in Germany.
As Mike P-28 stated, if they are SE style, you have a large variety, anywhere from 14"-18". If the other, pretty much limited to Panasport or ROH.
But just guessing, if you have 13" you probably have 4x110.
