I doubt the stock SA lugs would work, as they are fairly long. For the lugs, you will first need to determine whether those wheels use a cone seat, or shank type lug.
If they use a cone seat, stock FB lugs would work. These can be aquired at many parts stores and tire shops.
If they need the shank type lugs, you will likely need to get screw in studs, and use shank lug nuts. These are also available at most parts stores and tire shops.

Why not something unique other than those - they are not going to look any
better than your stock wheels - spend your 500.00 on something else
