Wet plug problem

Okay i have a 1985 rx7 with the 12a engine. Its been sitting up a while but it was running about 8 months ago. Had terrible idle but running. Now when i try to start it, it will run for a few seconds idling really high, then die out. plus the top two spark plugs are wet when i pull them out every time. and there is massive amounts of white smoke coming out of the muffler when it does run for a few seconds. can anyone tell me what is going on? thanks
