i was wondering what the best setup would be, i'm running a 12a with a mallory fuel pump, mallory fpr, new gas tank, new 3/8 in. feed and return fuel lines, i'm looking to mod it as much as possible, meaning anything that could get replaced to get more horsepower will--thanx for the suggestions

Is it street Port? or stock?
I'm running the following on a 12A street Port
40mm chokes
4.5mm auxiliary chokes
3.0 Needle & Seat
45 pump jets
f15 emulsion tubes
165 main jets
230 air correctors
65f8 idle jets
4.5 psi fuel
vacum advance disconnected

Btw, be careful with the new batch of weber jets. The stamped # on these jets are bogus. For example, if it says 65, it is smaller than a 65 and your car will run like ****. Someone here mentioned it before but I didnt notice it until 2 weeks ago while tuning another car.

What size chokes are in the carb? Look in the 'top' of the carb and you should see numbers cast in the venturis. Old weber rule of thumb to start with is 4x's the choke dia for mains and add 50 to that air corrections. Rotarys like it a little richer so go a little over the 4x rule on mains and a little under the plus 50 on airs.
