Well, any of you use it??? Heard of it?? Made by REDLINE and they say it lowers the temp of the antifreeze. Anyone have any experience with it and do you use it in your radiator???

I have used it on my rx7 and miata and it lowered the temp maybe 10 - 15 degrees, the only time i used it was when I had a overheating problem in my cars, other wise I do not see the need because the temp sensor will open or close to maintain a constant temp.
I.E. if it was to lower the temp in your car with a thermostat installed, it will close the termo to keep the 190 degree temp your car required.

Makin' me proud to be a resident of Arlington, TX...that's true thinking "out-of-the-box" to use a well worn cliche. I run the 180 degree thermostat plus the wetter, though. Well, at least the '80 did...

I am using a similar product by Hy-per lube called super coolant and it seems to work well.

You can use it with alum., most racers use it and they all have alum rads.

I say the lower you can run your water temp., the longer life you can get out of components....especially in a rotary!!

By the way, Redline makes Waterwetter. I think it comes in a pint and it is pinkish red looking.

Maybe I'll pick up some of that as soon as I weld my radiator back up...Damn thing cracked on me, right on the top tank, and right when I finally got her running after the engine swap. So, for now, Im gonna pull it out, brush it down real good, and torch some solder in that ***** and hope it hold at least for a little while. Then, all I need to do is wire in my electric fan's thermostat control (I FOUND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS FINALLY!!), put in my new tranny mount, and install my muffler, and Im done with the mechanical aspect of it. Then I move onto wheels, tires, and body work. Then on to the stereo .

RotorMotorDriver - To fix your radiator, use JB weld.... it's like $7 or something canadian, and it works wonders.... I used JB Quik (the fast-drying kind) to seal my radiator, and it never gave loose... the bottom of my rad blew out the other day instead.... Try it, you'll like it!

Just another thought, have anyone ever used a radiator comb before? I use mine about once a year.
