Used parts pricing

I am looking at buying a used carb and distributor for a 84 gs. The guy wants 80bucks for both. Good price or no? Thxs..

Great pirce, if they are any good... I bought a used carb back a few years ago costed me $150 from mazdatrix. Also bought a dist. for 50 at a local junkyard. So if they are even 1/2 way decent, a very good price..
