Upgrading brakes about to order, shopping list help?

I am starting to upgrade the braking system on the 84 GSL

I have new performance pads and new discs.

I am about to order the stainless lines from Mazdatrix, but is there anything else i will need?

Inner and outer front bearings, i know i should get those.

Brake fluid, duh...

Do the rears need bearings too?

Do i need the dust boot that Mazdatrix sells as well?

Thanks in advance, oh and what brake fluid do you guys like????

Rebuild your calipers, its easy and well worth it, there is a thread in here I followed and it worked out great.

I use Motorcraft brake fluid for the street, it is higher boiling point than regular, but now the new synthetic is looking good as it is not hydroscopic (doesn't absorb water)

Do your rear bearings, dont skimp on those, freeze the bearings before installing and they will go on easier.

I just changed my front pads, and replaced my brake lines. Nothing special. But I used STP DOT3 fluid.

I know on my GS when I bought new hubs, they didnt come with the races. so you will either have to take out your old ones or buy new ones (napa has them i believe)

Use DOT4 or better fluid. ATE Superblue, Motul, AP Racing, ect. Those are high boiling point. Advance Auto Parts also has a synthetic brake fluid (Vavoline I think) that works really well.

I've used this on a track car and it works well.

YES!!! I lost one doing my brakes and I regret not ordering the kit. Also check your wheel bearings first, they may not need replacing, mine were in beautiful shape so they went right back in.
