TurboII Swap into GSL-SE Block?
Anyone done this? is it easy to do? I want to know if s4 (or s5)TII parts will bolt up to the block, if I swap front covers/etc... I might be getting an sa with a 13B in it and instead of staying carb, I've got a pile of TII parts that maybe I'll just swap in instead... eh?

check this: http://www.turbofb.com/
http://www.turbofb.com/ownerlinks.htm
and finally: http://www.winisp.net/gsl%2Dse/
as for 4 and 6 port : http://www.winisp.net/gsl%2Dse/intake_manifolds.htm
that should do for a while.

woah! cool!
I didn't realize that -SE's are 6 port, I was told this car has a 4 port 13b... I guess I'll have to figure out wtf it is on my own. It's probably a frankenstein motor since it's been rebuilt.

you have 3633 posts and didn't know GSL-SE's are 6 port's?
anyway, you know now And indeed, it might be possible that you have a "frankenstein" motor, but it shouldn't be too hard to find that out.

It could have an old school 4-port motor. Considering it's carbed and it's an SA I'd say this is probably what it is, in that case the bits you have might just work; although nothing is certain until you can have a good look at it.
