Currently running a S4 turbo from a 88 TII. 10 pounds of boost. Still carbed. Stockport 12A with about 25k miles. Once you turbo, you always want more, but I am real happy with the setup I have.

I did run a stockport turbo with a garrett 40ST but it was to much lag, it did work great with a 14b stock on the eclipse and talon.
Now runing sequential with the 13b feeding a 16g with 12a streetport.
I have yet to get it on the road but she sounds peeeeerty.

When I do a turbo setup on my FB later this year, I'll be using the Hybrid turbo from Rotaryshack.com T4 housing with 60mm compressor wheel. It may be a bit of turbo lag, but then again I will be streetported intake and exhaust ports. I have a 1.8T powered Jetta as a daily driver, so I'm not worried about the lag at all.

I don't know if Scott is still doing these or not, but you could always ask.
