Turbo first gen (tranny wiring?)

Hey guys, after a long long time off from working on my car I have started putting it back together. I got the tranny mounted and just put my driveshaft in. I wanted to put that big **** heat shield back on but realised I needed to connect the wires up for the tranny. I cant seem to remember what attaches to what and I don't have my workshop manual (it's at a friends house). I was thinking no problem, I will just see what fits into what but it doesn't appear that simple. Maybe I need to extend some of the wires out or something? I don't know which sensor/switch on the tranny controls what. You have those two sensors/switches that come out of the tranny. Here's what I'm looking at, maybe you guys can tell me what I need to do? I don't see what would hook into that rear sensor that has the four wires coming out of it? I don't see anything that reaches back there or do I even need it?

pic 1: Blue wires that come over from right top senser on tranny

pic 2: sensor/switch on back of tranny

pic 3: wires I have to work with (I think) two bullet connectors and two snap in white plastic connectors.

the only thing I can think is that I need to run those round bullet type connectors to the rear but the harness isn't long enough so maybe extend it? And clip those white plastic connectors to the blue wires that have the white connectors????

Here's a few more pics of my car. As you can see, still lots to do.

I dont remember which wires are which, but the big plug in the back is the reverse and 5th gear switch. You can probe the wires which shifting the trans to figure out which one is which. The switch on the side is the neutral switch.

Reverse switch is obvious......turns on the back-up lights.
5th gear switch......activates the split air system while cruising.Only needed if your keeping the stock ECU and smog control gear.
Neutral switch....also only needed if your keeping the stock ECU/smog gear. Our cars dont have clutch interlock switches, the NSS is just a smog/ECU thing.

here is a quick link for a manual

http://www.rx7city.com/89-91manual.htm

scroll down and click on number 10 to download pdf of the turbo box

like was posted earlier, all depends on whether you're using std ecu.

if not, all you need is the speedo cable and the reverse light switch...everything else can go

Where did you get the radiator from and how hard was it to fit in? BTW Nice job.

Thanks for the info guys! I'm going to be using a Microtech ltx10 so I guess the only wires I need to hook up are the reverse lights. I;m pretty sure it's gonna be the bullet type connectors for the reverse lights so I guess I will just need to extend the stock wires out to the back of the tranny.

The radiator is a Griffen bought from Summit Racing. I had the radiator brackets custom made and welded by Matt at Performance Solutions in Signal Hill CA. (behind Mazdatrix). Perfect fit like stock!
