tuning help
I'm new here and own an 84 with a 12A engine (wass considering the 13B but might stick with the 12A). Any ways I read the how to get 150hp thread for the 12A and it mentions the Holley 600 carb and I was wondering if this is the same carb that's used on V8 cars? And will it be a bolt on?How much power can I get from it?(only mods on the car at the moment are Bosch wires and NGK plugs, saving up for a complete exhaust including RB header, resonator, exhaust and cat.)Any help would be appreciated.

a 600 can work, but it's a bit of tuning. mainly messing with the jets and fuel cam. but if tuned out right, it can yield a good bit of power. mwatson on here has a double pumper 600cfm on his stock port 12a and his runs real nice.
