Damn right! SUPPORT THE ROTARY! Afterall any rotary can fit into a 1st Gen so whatever's covered in RXtuner will be more or less directly applicable to our cars.

And for all those that are concerned about the 1st Gen being overlooked by RXtuner mag then you should do something about it. You can start by writing 1st gen related articles and submitting them to the editors! If you're stuff is good with related pics then I'm sure they'll consider publishing it. Editors are always looking for good content and RXtuner Mag is no different! If you want the FB to live-on then it's up to YOU to make it happen.

Man I shure hope those people that subscribed early are not being taken.

That would suck.

Initab makes a great point (again)

If you feel slighted by the lack of FB coverage wright an article.

Everyone chronicles what they do when they make a change to their car, so now just take some time and write it up in a manor that makes sense, throw in a few digi cam pics and bingo there is FB coverage in the RXTurner Mag.

I received this email from Benjamin January 7th:

Dom--

The PO box is below. If for some reason you don't receive an issue later
this month (I'm certain you'll read about it on the forum when it comes
out), email me again, and I'll send you a copy. If you don't think your
letter will make it by friday or saturday, please send it priority, just to
be sure.

To me it sounds like people should start receiving the magazines now.

The second there is actually some FB content is the day I subscribe, but don't hold your breath. According to the guys that run the mag, we don't even drive RX-7s. The only real RX-7, after all, is a 3rd gen or a Turbo 2nd gen.

Well, I for one am just glad that the rotary is making a come back to the point that folks are dedicating magazines to it. Personally, I could care less if there's 1st Gen content. Honestly, who cares? "follow the money" 1st gen owners don't spend money. PERIOD. Those that do will LOVE this magazine because it's filled with all the go-fast goodies that they can use in their own 1st Gen projects. Technology sells and that's just the hard truth of it. Let's face it, the 1st Gen is old old OLD technology with an ever dwindling user base. Take a look at any car magazine and what do you see? You see the latest and greatest gizmos and go fast goodies that's what you see. When was the last time you saw vendors creating go-fast goodies specifically for the 1st Gen? And when they do create something how big is the market?

When SCC does stories on Spec7 and profiles older rotary vehicles I would think that a ROTARY dedicated mag could do the same, but that's just me. That being said, I hope the magazine takes off, it is good to see the rotary percolating back up into the public eye again thanks to the RX-8.

I just keep forgetting to subscribe...I start out here, head to the South Lounge Forum and then end up in the DoO corner where I get so distracted by the nitwits there, I forget all about that mag thing...
