Question Tranny fill-plug screw...

Um... I can't take it off... Is it the one right above (on the side of the tranny) the drain plug on the driver's side? Looks like a square and some of the threads are showing. Might the threads be reversed? I don't wanna take extra measures b4 i know enuf or i'll surely break it

If that plug is the right one, I still can't budge it!

Help! Thanx

I had the same problem last weekend. After cracking a fingernail when wrench snapped loose (it's a beautiful blue color now) and several colorful metaphors, I took mine to a quick-lube joint. Since I brought my own oil, they just charged me $5.
Some hassels just ain't worth the pain..

I had one tht wouldnt budge also. I ended up using an impact wrench with a "home made" socket . Anyway, good luck.

Mine was tight too, but I managed. Use the old trick of putting a wrench on it and hitting the wrench with a rubber mallet. A crescent wrench will suffice if you don't have the right size.
